School Uniform

Uniform

The Uniform consists of the following:

  • White Polo Shirt
  • Black sweatshirt or buttoned cardigan with the School badge embroidered on the front. (Pupils will not be allowed to wear plain black sweatshirts or cardigans).
  • Black trousers or skirt - appropriate style for school (trousers to be full length).
  • Sensible footwear

PE Kit

Boys

  • Red Polo/Football/Rugby shirt
  • Black shorts
  • Red football socks
  • Tracksuits can be worn at staff discretion in times of cold weather.

Girls

  • Light blue polo shirt
  • Navy blue shorts
  • Navy blue P.E. skirt
  • White sports socks
  • Tracksuits can be worn at staff discretion in times of cold weather.

Cardigans can be purchased from The School Shop with the logo embroided on or, alternatively they also offer an embroidery service on your own garment for a small cost.

Other Information

The following items are NOT part of school dress, and must not be worn:

  • No baseball/peaked caps in school.
  • No hats to be worn in school buildings at any time, during inclement weather students may wear wooly hats during break and lunchtimes.

Earings should not exceed the diameter of the pupils little finger

All Jewellery and piercing must be removed for health and safety reasons in PE and Technology

Facial piercing jewellery is not allowed.

Please Note:

The use of mobile phones/ipods or similar items inside school buildings are not allowed. If students are seen to be using such items they will be confiscated. In the first instance the pupil can collect them from Pupil Reception on the same day. On the second occasion an adult will be required to collect them. The school will not accept responsibility for jewellery and valuable items such as mobile phones/ipods that are brought into school.

Students should only bring items to school which are Necessary for school purposes; Safe; Not too valuable.

We do reserve the right to take unsuitable items away from students and ask parents to collect them.
